Epsom Motel is adjacent to Auckland's lovely Cornwall Park. This provides a wonderful setting for early morning jogging, mountain biking or just taking in the spectacular scenery from One Tree Hill. Epsom Motor Inn Motel is a family owned business providing a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere than many of the larger managed motels.

A variety of different room sizes are available ranging from basic studio units that have tea and coffee making facilities through to larger two bedroom units that can accommodate six people. Other rooms are suited for groups of two-five people. All of the larger units have full cooking facilities.

Additional facilities include laundry, access to Sky TV and barbecue area. Most units are non-smoking.

At the back of the motel is a quiet area for barbecues and a play area, with swing and trampoline, to keep the young children entertained.

A number of restaurants are within walking distance including Middle Eastern, Italian and traditional cuisine. A large supermarket is one kilometre away and has surrounding fast food outlets including McDonalds.

Both the Newmarket and St Lukes shopping centres are within 5 minutes drive. Both are easily accessible by bus.
