Royal Park Lodge is situated in a lovely quiet garden setting. It is close to the ASB Showgrounds, Greenlane Hospital, Alexandra Park Raceway and Ellerslie Race Course. We are 15 minutes from the city and just 5 minutes from Newmarket. The airport is a 20 minute drive.

Our rooms are well appointed. Each has a kitchenette and fridge, cooking facilities - either hotplates or a microwave, kettle and toaster etc. All rooms have self-contained bathrooms and showers, vanity basin and toilet. There is a large round dining table and comfortable chairs to relax in.

The deluxe studio units have queen size beds, while some have an interconnecting door through to a second unit with a double and single bed. These units can sleep up to six people.

Our luxury spa bath units have king size beds, the same kitchenettes as the studio units as well as the large round table and four comfortable chairs. The bathrooms have a double vanity with two basins, a toilet and shower plus spa bath.

All rooms have 32" LCD TV with remote controls. We have Sky TV. Continental breakfast is served to your room.
