We are within 5 minutes drive of the Manukau Golf Course, Qualified Pet Services quarantine kennels and cattery, Ardmore Airfield, Bruce Pulman sports complex and the Papakura and Manurewa townships; within 10 minutes of Rainbow's End, Manukau City Shopping Centre, New Zealand Bloodstock Centre at Karaka and Ti Papa events centre; 15 minutes to Clevedon and the Polo Grounds; only 20 minutes from Auckland International Airport and Ericsson Stadium and 25 minutes from Central Auckland.

Regular suburban bus and train services are close by for those that don't wish to drive.
