A variety of self-contained units offer kitchen and bathroom facilities. In addition to the standard double and twin units, are Superior units which offer a higher level of comfort, with king or queen beds, some with balcony/deck and outdoor furniture.

The Beautiful Bay of Islands and Northland has so much to offer to the visitor: Bay of Islands Cruises, including the Cape Brett Hole in the Rock cruise, the Cream Trip, Dolphin and Whale watching, sailing in small to tall-ships.

Coach Tours to Cape Reinga via the 90 Mile Beach start in Paihia and pickups are made at the Casa Bella. We have the booking facility for all trips.

The Bay of Islands is the cradle of New Zealand History, and just 5 minutes away is the Waitangi Treaty House where the Treaty was signed between British and Maori in 1840. Historic buildings, as well as a wealth of quality art and craft may be found in neighbouring Kerikeri or Russell, just a passenger ferry ride away. Bush walks are popular, and there are two excellent golf courses at Waitangi and Kerikeri.

A multitude of watersports and fishing, including Big Game fishing are based in Paihia and Russell. Sea Kayaking has become very popular. Paihia has many excellent restaurants, many featuring seafood and lamb.
