Our goal is to provide our guests with a relaxed, warm and comfortable home away from home, with friendly and personalised service from the time you book to the time you leave. We have 16 self-contained, serviced, non-smoking units ranging in size from small studios to two-bedroom units (including 2 wheelchair access units). We cater for families, individuals, couples, corporate and hospital guests, as well as large-group bookings. We are also pet-friendly.

Each unit has cooking facilities, these varying according to the size of the unit. There are electric blankets on each bed, a hairdryer in each unit, TV with 5 sky channels, complimentary milk on arrival, a newspaper delivered to your doorstep each morning, refreshments that are replenshed daily and an iron and an ironing board. For the busy traveller or for those wanting a wee treat, a continental breakfast can be delivered to your unit.With the press of a button, wireless internet access is available in your unit at very reasonable rates.

If your have brought your car with you on your journey, it can be parked safely off the street. Alternatively, for those without transport, we are situated on the main bus route into the city centre, with a bus stop right outside the gate.

AND finally with a school right next door, the kids can shoot hoops, skate, climb, play or simply let off steam - getting them out from under your feet!
