Most units have a fully equipped kitchenette including microwave. They contain queen size beds and television in all bedrooms as well as the lounge. Phone, heating, electric blankets, hair dryer, iron and ironing boards in all units and we have a video player, barbecue, freezer, cot and highchair available.

Cooked and continental breakfast can be delivered to units. Room service meals delivered from nearby licensed restaurant with charge back facilities, all within 100 metres. There is a guest laundry and plenty of off-street parking. Dayrooms on request. 500m walk to Waikato Stadium, golf driving range, close to Founders Theatre and city.
